The aim of the CIPD Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development is to prepare individuals for effective and efficient performance in a variety of professional roles in people management and development.
The content of the programme covers all of the substantive areas of HR – Resourcing, Relations, Rewards and Training and Development. In addition general management concepts are covered as is the business context meaning that the relevance of Human Resource Management in the Czech Republic is focused on, whilst also drawing on international comparative analysis. The Postgraduate Diploma is achieved through meeting the educational standards contained in fields one, two, three and four of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) Professional Development Scheme, and leads to graduate membership of CIPD.
