Would you like to manage all formalities of employing foreigners in a complex, independent and appropriate way? This practically oriented two-day programme is then intended right for you.
We are now offering a new and uniquely comprehensive programme regarding problems of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic.
The aim of this course is to make HR employees acquainted with this issue. The programme is significantly focused on practicing all topics explained during the programme. Participants will be able to deal with all standard situations which can arise while employing a foreigner.
1. DAY – Employment of an EU citizen or a third-world countries foreigner
- Overview of fundamental regulation and rules of law related to this issue
- Registration of EU citizens at labour office
- Processing a work permit for a third-world countries foreigners seconded to the Czech republic
- Processing a work permit for third-world countries foreigners employed by a Czech company
- Exemptions from an obligation to obtain a work permit
- Other obligations regarding employment of EU citizens or third-country foreigners
2. DAY – Visa and residence permits
- Overview of fundamental regulation and rules of law related to this issue
- Legalisation of an EU citizen and his family members‘ residence – registration vs. residence permit
- Legalisation of residence of a third-world countries foreigner and his/her family – visa types, conditions for granting a visa, application differences
- Extension of visa and residence permits
- Communication with authorities involved in the immigration process, their role and competences
- Schengen rules and their impact on employment of third-country foreigners
