The programme format is spread over 16 months and consists of 7 workshops of 4 days every 2/3 months. In total there will be 28 teaching days and participants will also need to carry out research and produce reports for assessment during the programme. Six of the training modules will be happening in the Business Academy Prague and will run from Wednesday to Saturday. Last training module will be organized in Nottingham Trent University (UK). All teaching will be delivered by the faculty of Nottingham Business School many of whom have an international reputation in areas of their expertise. The teaching will be conducted in English and participants will need to complete written research assignments for assessment by the faculty.
Assessment
The intention is to assess all of the learning outcomes of each module. To assess students‘ knowledge and understanding NBS will use examinations, case study analysis, written assignments and group presentations as the main assessment methods. To assess skills, qualities and attributes we will use assessments based on the exercise of professional skills, either individually or as a group. If you are assessed via group work in a module there will also be an individual assessment of some kind. The aim, as far as possible, however, is to have only one summative assessment in each module, and formative assessments will be used to help you to develop your understanding of what is required from the assessments. In addition, students will be required to write final Management Research Report on a work-based topic that you have researched.
