PricewaterhouseCoopers who is a pioneer in the field of Audit and Advisory services as well as in managing Human Resources issues, together with their Chair in Business Research at the University of Nicosia carried out a qualitative and quantitative survey on employers’ perception for graduates of private universities in Cyprus.

The aim of the survey was to determine the perception among employers regarding graduates of private universities in Cyprus. The results of this study are to determine the perceptions of employers towards Cypriot graduates of private, public and other universities abroad. Furthermore the survey also aimed to highlight the factors considered by employers to recruit graduates (e.g. work experience, personality), the methods used so as to employ graduates, the opinion of employers regarding the skills of graduates as well as the level of educational services offered by universities.
