Results of the Global Competitiveness Report 2008-2009

The results of the Global Competitiveness Report 2008-2009 were announced on 8 October 2008. The Cyprus Development Bank and the European University Cyprus, Partner Institutes of the Report in Cyprus, with the support of PricewaterhouseCoopers, are organising a special event on Monday, 27 October 2008 at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia from 18:00 to 20:00 to present and discuss the results of the report.

With its accession to the European Union, Cyprus faces a new complex environment and the challenge of more intense competition. The integration of the competitiveness dimension is of paramount importance in every aspect of the financial activities of our country.
