The PwC Saskatoon office reflects the business needs of our clients and the local market. We are a leading auditor firm to many clients throughout Saskatchewan. In addition, we provide assurance, tax and consulting services to a large and diverse group of private businesses and not-for-profit organizations. We have an excellent reputation with clients in various industries including mining supply, manufacturing, forestry, hospitality, health care, agriculture production and service, and the First Nations community.
We take your career objectives seriously, and we'll work with you to connect your interests and areas of expertise with appropriate client work. Our diverse client portfolio means continuous learning, development and new challenges.
PwC believes in helping to build and empower the communities in which we live and work through team volunteering, environmentally-focused initiatives and charity fundraising campaigns.
We encourage our staff to increase their involvement in the community by using their expertise and resources to make tangible and sustainable differences to the causes important to them.
We recognize community involvement by giving each staff member a paid Team Volunteer Day each year. In 2010-2011, our office volunteered more than 195 hours in the community and donated more than $30,000 to local charities. To recognize the outstanding efforts our people make in the community, we also host an annual Volunteer of the Year Award.
While we work hard to meet our client commitments, we also like to have fun along the way. We take the time to celebrate special milestones. For example, we have regular events to recognize our successful UFE writers and our Volunteer of the Year.
Building relationships with our clients is important, but establishing strong relationships within our office is a top priority.
To help our people get to know each other, we host social events throughout the different areas of our business. Our Tax Party, Annual Holiday Dinner/Dance, Family Fun Day and other informal socials are a chance to kick-back and have fun. We also have golf days and wellness activities.
You'll find that PwC Saskatoon is more than just a firm. It's a large family. It's important to us that you feel included each and every day!
The Uniform Final Examination (UFE) is one of the most challenging examinations of your professional career. The PwC customized National UFE Preparation Program is recognized as a leading development program designed to complement the CASB and MPAcc programs.
