Shares for Investment Properties International, Limited were issued in 1969 and Montreal Trust Company of Toronto, Canada was the share transfer agent. The Ontario Court placed the company in liquidation in 1973.

To date, US$173 million has been paid to shareholders who identified themselves to the liquidator. Shareholders who have not yet submitted their bearer share warrants or registered share certificates are entitled to outstanding distributions of US$16.495 per share.
