Do any of the corporations in your group have a substantial interest in a partnership? If so, you may be affected by the March 22, 2011 federal budget.

The budget announced new measures to curtail income deferral by corporations using partnerships with misaligned year ends. Given the recent election results, no doubt these changes will be implemented.
