PwC has a range of programs to help acknowledge the contributions of our staff. In addition to national programs such as annual bonuses, Employee Referral Bonus and Academic Achievement Bonuses, we also have our Marquee rewards and recognition programs. The goal of Marquee is to thank people, value their contributions, and celebrate success.

Through both monetary and non-monetary recognition, our recognition and rewards programs acknowledge those who deliver great results while demonstrating positive behaviours and our firm values. They were designed in collaboration with a broad spectrum of our people from all lines of service, representing a cross-section of level, age, gender, and region.

CEO Award – A nomination-based program which recognizes individuals and teams who achieve outstanding results and are truly role models at the firm.

Acclaim – A points-based program to reward staff at any time for their noteworthy results. Points can be redeemed at any time for merchandise and services.

Spotlight – A special cash bonus available throughout the year to recognize and reward staff who go above and beyond what is expected – to produce significant results for PwC.
