Gender Diversity
Creating a gender-balanced work environment sets PwC apart as a distinctive firm. Women account for nearly 50 percent of new hires at PwC. To assist more women reach the senior roles in the firm, "we’ve created Woman in Leadership (WIL)" and the Retention of Women (ROW) initiatives. Visible minorities
Awareness of, and respect for, cultural differences are established on your first day of work at PwC and reinforced throughout your career here. Our programs for visible minorities are focused on developing cultural awareness through formal training programs, active recruitment of staff internationally, and ongoing support for our international hires.
People with Disabilities
Staff members who have disabilities have access to a formal disability management program designed to proactively manage injury and illness to minimize absence and facilitate recovery. The program is also tiered towards those new employees with an existing disability who may require workplace accommodations.
