Here are some of our more popular programs that help you achieve work/life flexibility:
- Flexible Fridays during the summer: Compress your regular work week to four and half days in order to take Friday afternoons off during summer months.
- The Summer Time-Off Program (STOP): STOP allows those who have completed their Chartered Accountancy exams to take an additional month off per year to pursue personal interests.
- Volunteer days: Take paid days off to donate your time to qualified charitable organizations. Visit our Community Involvement page to learn more.
- Reduced hours: For those who qualify, this program allows for a work arrangement that is less than full time, taking the form of regularly scheduled but reduced hours per week, with your salary pro-rated accordingly.
