On March 4, 2008 the Company mailed out its Claim Bar Date Package to all known creditors. Any person who believes that it has a claim against the Petitioners should send a Proof of Claim to the Petitioners, at either of the addresses shown below, to be received by 4 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 3, 2008 (the "Claims Bar Date").

Proof of Claims for subsequent claims arising as a result of or in connection with the repudiation or termination by the Petitions of any contract, lease or other agreement after October 29, 2007 must be received by the later of (a) the Claims Bar Date, and (b) 4 p.m (Pacific Time) on the day which is 30 days after the date of the applicable repudiation or termination (the "Subsequent Claims Bar Date").
Proof of Claim forms filed by Governmental Agencies must be received by 4 p.m. (Pacific Time) on May 19, 2008 (the "Government Claims Bar Date").

The Claims Bar Date Package contains both the Canadian Proof of Claim Form and Notice, and the U.S. Proof of Claim Form and Notice.
If you wish to file a claim, you can return EITHER the Canadian Proof of Claim Form OR the U.S. Proof of Claim Form.
Completed Proof of Claim Forms should be mailed to EITHER PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC"), OR Kurtzman Carson Consultants, LLC ("KCC"), at the following addresses. Transmission by facsimile or telecopy will not be accepted.

It is not necessary to file a proof of claim form with both PwC and KCC.
The U.S. Notice outlines which creditors are not required to submit a Proof of Claim Form to assert their claim. This also applies to all Canadian creditors.
All creditors who wish to file a claim should review the U.S. Notice section "Parties Who Do Not Need to File by the Bar Dates."
Any creditor (i) whose claim is listed on the Schedules, (ii) whose claim is not listed as contingent, unliquidated or disputed, and (iii) who does not dispute the listed amount or the classification of its claim, will not be required to file a proof of claim.
Claims must be received by either PwC or KCC by the following Claim Bar Dates, as referred to above:
CLAIMS BAR DATE is 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 3, 2008.
SUBSEQUENT CLAIMS BAR DATE is the later of: (a) the Claims Bar Date, and (b) 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the day which is 30 days after the date of the applicable repudiation or termination.
GOVERNMENT CLAIMS BAR DATE is 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on May 19, 2008.
CLAIMS WHICH ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE BAR DATES (as applicable) WILL BE BARRED AND EXTINGUISHED FOREVER.
