On October 11, 2012, leading experts explored social media and the unique risks, opportunities and uncertainties that it brings to audit committees and the companies they oversee. The Audit Committee Connect event, @ACConnect #social_media, was held in Toronto and featured presentations from Debbie Dimoff, Vice President, Consulting and Deals, PwC (Canada), Ted Shelton, Managing Director, Consulting and Deals, PwC (US) and Catherine Bromilow, Partner, Center for Board Governance, PwC (US).
