The public sector needs to be able to respond quickly to changing circumstances. To do that, they need to be agile – adaptable, flexible and resilient in the face of uncertainty. Being more agile means increased flexibility in making decisions and may result in higher levels of productivity, greater employee satisfaction and more favourable feedback from citizens.

Through a series of roundtable sessions and interviews PwC along with Canada’s Public Policy Forum are investigating how government could increase their agility.
