Ted is a partner in PwC’s Management Consulting practice. Over his 20+ year career, he has held North American executive leadership roles with strategy, technology, and human capital management advisory firms. He has advised retailers throughout the Americas on their development of banner and channel strategies, integrated business processes, and enhanced customer experience capabilities. He has served clients in every retail format and consumer products category available.
Ted specializes in working with Retail and Consumer Products companies to develop and convert strategic plans into targeted business capabilities enabled through operating model transformations. He has been accountable for large transformations teams who have developed and implemented the processes, tools and organization development changes required to introduce new capabilities in both customer facing processes and support services.
