Susan Farina is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Private Company Services group in the York Region office.
Susan has 25 years of experience in providing tax services to entrepreneurial private companies and their owners. She brings an experienced, “hands-on” approach to client service and delivers effective and creative tax solutions to her clients. Susan has extensive experience in Canadian corporate, partnership and personal income taxation planning and compliance, as well as trust and estate planning. Her experience is specifically focused on the real estate and construction industry, and she is a member of PwC’s Real Estate industry specialty group. Susan also has significant experience in US taxation and cross-border tax matters.
Susan graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto with a BBA and an MBA in 1981 and 1983, respectively. She obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1983, and her Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) designation in 1995. Susan is a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners.
