Steven P. Henderson is a Consulting partner in the Toronto office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is the National Investigations & Forensic Services Leader and the firm's representative on related global matters.

Steven specializes in investigative and forensic accounting involving fraud and suspicious circumstances, asset tracking, money laundering and intelligence gathering, and provides advice on fraud limitation and loss prevention practices (Anti-fraud Regime). In 1991 Steven served with the RCMP as a seconded Forensic Accountant with the Commercial Crime and Drug Enforcement branches. He has served as an expert witness before the courts.
