Simon Langlois is a Tax Services partner in the Montreal office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He works in the Transfer Pricing practice of the firm and has more than 10 years of experience in this field.
With expertise in preparing transfer pricing documentation, Simon has participated in many tax-planning projects for multinational enterprises in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, consumer goods, telecommunications, global entertainment, and manufacturing industries.
Simon also offers his clients professional assistance in transfer-pricing controversy and dispute-resolution matters involving tax authorities. He has also contributed to several bilateral advance pricing arrangements with tax authorities, helping multinational enterprises to obtain certainty with respect to their transfer pricing policies.
Simon has a bachelor’s degree (1997) and a master’s (1999) in economics from the Université de Montréal.
