Sean Rowe is a partner in the Valuations, Forensics & Disputes practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He has over 10 years of experience providing valuation and business modelling advice to public and private companies in Canada and the US, as well as to international clients.
The focus of Sean's valuation activities is providing business and asset valuation in contexts that include: corporate reorganizations; mergers and acquisitions; tax planning; shareholder transactions; strategic business decisions and financial reporting. He has considerable experience in developing reports that are subject to public and regulatory scrutiny.
Sean leads PwC's Business Modelling Services practice which develops, analyzes and advises on operational and financial cash flow models for clients, to help them make informed business decisions. He has lead business modelling engagements in contexts including: developing or assessing financial projections to support financial programs and business transformations, as well as for mergers and acquisition transactions.
Sean has conducted assignments in a variety of industry sectors including consumer and packaged goods; pharmaceutical and healthcare; mining; automotive; information and communication technology; financial services; real estate; and the service sector. This broad background allows Sean to bring a unique perspective to his clients.
Sean earned a BCom (Honours) from Queen's University and is also a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Prior to joining the Valuations practice, he worked in our Audit and Assurance Group.
