Scott McLean is a partner and the leader of the British Columbia Consulting practice of PwC Canada. He is based in Vancouver. Scott specializes in major organizational change initiatives and post-merger integration and has broad experience advising clients on performance improvement issues.
Scott started his working career in 1984 as a project engineer for Imperial Oil after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He was promoted through roles in sales, operations and a wide range of special projects. He next spent three years as an international marketing manager and helped triple sales revenue for a small family-owned manufacturing company. Scott joined PwC in 1995 where he became Supply Chain leader for PwC’s Global Forest, Paper, and Packaging practice. Scott left the firm in 2000 to take on a role as senior vice president of supply chain and IT for a global producer of pulp and printing papers. Scott rejoined PwC in 2004.
Scott completed his MBA in Marketing and Finance at the University of British Columbia in 1989.
