Sarah E. MacGregor, CA, CFE

Sarah MacGregor is a director in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. She is part of the Investigations and Forensic Services group.

Since joining the firm in 2001, Sarah has been involved in a wide variety of forensic assignments involving clients ranging from large multi-national corporations to not-for-profit organizations. Her experience spans a variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, real estate, mining and telecommunications. Sarah’s work has included fraud vulnerability assessments, forensic investigations, anti-money laundering assignments, and Sarbanes-Oxley and Ontario Multilateral Instrument 52-109 compliance engagements.

Sarah holds a BA and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo. She went on to earn her CA in 1998, later becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 2005.
