Richard Deslauriers is a managing director, Project Finance and Public-Private Partnership, in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Montréal office. His areas of specialization include corporate finance, strategic financial advice and project/infrastructure finance.
Richard advises on a number of public-private partnerships and infrastructure projects, including all the financial and process issues relating to a recently completed million-dollar toll highway project and a proposed symphony concert hall project. He also advises government bodies on financing and strategic issues ranging from the determination of borrowing limits for various port authorities across Canada, to the development of a new governance structures.

Richard is also involved with PwC’s Plan Nord initiative, focusing primarily on the plan’s impacts on Quebec’s infrastructure and project financing.
Richard received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal in 1988. He is also a Chartered Accountant (1990) and a Chartered Business Valuator (1994).
