Richard Deslauriers is a Capital Projects and Infrastructure Partner in the Deals practice of PwC Canada, working in the Montréal office. His areas of specialization include corporate finance, strategic financial advice and project/infrastructure finance.
Richard advises public authorities and private investors on investments in new or existing infrastructure. This includes financial analysis, risk analysis, financing, due commercial diligence and market sounding. He has particular expertise in highways and bridges, rail and transit as well ports.
Recent mandates include:
- New Champlain Bridge
- Reconstruction of the Turcot Interchange
- Port of Montréal Contrecoeur container terminal
- Construction of a new maintenance centre for Montréal's commuter trains
- Port of Saint John Westside container terminal
Richard received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal in 1988. He is also a Chartered Accountant (1990) and a Chartered Business Valuator (1994).
