Reynold A. Tetzlaff, CA, CPA

Reynold Tetzlaff is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Calgary office. He specializes in assurance and risk management consulting in the oil and gas and technology sectors. Reynold has a wide-range of local and international clients and provides guidance on acquisitions and financing for trusts and mid-sized companies. He has experience working with US GAAP through assignments in San Jose and developed an extensive knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) while working in Cuba.

Reynold joined PwC’s Edmonton office in 1994. He transferred to Calgary in 1996 and then to PwC in Havana, Cuba for a two-year audit secondment in 1998. While in Cuba, he also advised international companies commencing operations in Cuba. He returned to the Calgary office, joining the technology group, in 2000.

In 1994 Reynold earned a BCom degree from the University of Saskatchewan. He obtained a CA designation in 1996, is a member of the CICA (Alberta) and became a CPA (Illinois) in 2001. Reynold is also an officer for a not-for-profit group in Calgary that promotes business in the city.
