Rani Turna is a partner in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. She specializes in risk management, implementation of control frameworks, financial governance and the application of SOX and Bill 198. She also has experience with corporate governance, enterprise-wide risk management, accounting and treasury operations.
Rani has worked for a wide range of public sector clients and currently leads and delivers large regulatory-driven assignments by applying project management principles through all aspects of business process and controls certification.
Rani earned a BCom degree from the University of Toronto in 1992 and joined the firm that same year. She received a CA designation in 1995. In 1997 she worked for a leading Canadian investment firm and in 1998 Rani returned to PwC. Rani is a frequent speaker on numerous business topics to professional and business groups.
