Philip Grosch is the national leader of the Technology Consulting Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Working out of PwC's Toronto office, Philip has more than 20 years of experience spanning many industries including detailed experiences in financial services, public sector and communications in Canada and the US.
His experience spans the major customer focused disciplines, including strategy, planning and performance management for sales, marketing, service and customer experience transformation. These program experiences have included specific and extensive delivery responsibilities with most of the leading CRM technologies.
Prior to joining PwC in 2008, Philip led the CRM Consulting practice for IBM in Canada.
