Penny Partridge, Human Capital Leader of PwC, is a Partner on the Extended Leadership Team. She oversees all aspects of talent management and human resources for the firm.
Penny began her career 16 years ago in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Group. After a promotion to senior manager, Penny seconded to our Human Capital group where she led our national and GTA campus recruitment programs.
Finding her true passion in our firm’s people, Penny decided to change her career path and stay in Human Capital (HC) taking on the Canadian Global Mobility lead role. Since then, Penny has had a variety of other roles in HC, including leading our Canadian Experienced Recruitment program, leading our BC Human Capital team, being the firm’s National HC Director for Consulting & Deals, and mostly recently, our National HC Performance Pillar Leader.
Penny has a BComm (Honours) from Queen’s University. She is a CA and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.
She is active in the community having served on boards for AIESEC at both York University and the University of Toronto, and, for the past four years held an executive position on the board of a not-for-profit child care organization. Through PwC, Penny is also actively involved in Canada Company where she provides HC advice for transitioning Canada’s ex-Military personnel into the corporate workforce.
