Paul Beaumont

Paul Beaumont is a Director in the Consulting and Deals group at PwC Canada in Vancouver and is a key member of the Retail Consulting Services team in Canada. Paul has a wealth of experience in retail operations, consumer behaviour, organizational design and change management. He has managed a wide variety of operational projects including: customer engagement improvement, retail concept assessment, traffic & conversion optimization, labour management & productivity, operational and communication process enhancement.

Paul has also lead extensive cost reduction initiatives that have included store development, inventory management optimization, supply chain, loss prevention and store expense controls.

In addition to his consulting experience at PWC, Paul has held a number of key Operations leadership roles at North American retailers. Paul graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours BA in History.
