Nicolas Marcoux is the Deals Leader of PwC Canada and the Consulting & Deals Leader of PwC in the Quebec region, which is composed of Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory & Restructuring, Valuations, Modelling and Disputes, Forensic Services, Transaction Services, Infrastructure and Project Finance, Risk, Controls, Technology, Operations and Finance.

Also Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc., he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Over the past twenty years, he has assisted mid-market public and private companies with acquisitions, divestitures and raising capital. He is very familiar with the various intricacies of a transaction.

M. Marcoux began his career with PwC in 1989 and was admitted to the partnership in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a bachelor's degree in business administration (1991). He is a Canadian chartered accountant (1993) and Fellow (2014), and also has the title of CF.
