Nicolas Marcoux is the Deals Leader of PwC Canada which is composed of Corporate Finance; Corporate Advisory & Restructuring; Valuations, Modelling and Disputes; Forensic Services; Transaction Services; and Infrastructure and Project Finance.

Also Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc., he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Over the past twenty years, he has assisted mid-market public and private companies with acquisitions, divestitures and raising capital. He is very familiar with the various intricacies of a transaction. He also has a lot of experience dealing with private equity firms in Canada and throughout North America, and as such has developed a great network.

M. Marcoux began his career with PwC in 1989 and was admitted to the partnership in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke with a bachelor's degree in business administration (1991). He is a Canadian chartered accountant (1993) and Fellow (2014), and also has the title of CF.
