Neil Manji, CA

Neil Manji is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Mississauga office. He specializes in the Consumer and Industrial Products sector with a focus on public companies and large multinational engagements. Neil also has experience with initial public offerings, debt offerings as well as acquisitions/divestitures for large public companies. In addition, Neil has experience with Canadian GAAP, US GAAP and SEC reporting including SOX requirements.

Neil joined the firm’s downtown Toronto office in 1996 and transferred to Mississauga two years later. He also completed a short-term secondment to the firm’s Zurich, Switzerland office, where he assisted in the rollout of PwC audit methodology.

Neil earned a BA degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario in London (1995), a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo (1996) and qualified as a CA in 1999. Neil was named to the Uniform Evaluation (UFE) National Honour Roll in 1997.
