Miriam Pozza is a partner in the Deals practice of PwC Canada working in the Montréal office.
She also leads the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry for that office. Miriam advises clients on all aspects of the transaction process, from the initial analysis of financial and operational performance to the closing of the transaction.
Miriam has a strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and assisting clients with domestic, cross-border and global transactions. She covers a wide range of transaction services mandates, including advising on purchaser due diligence, analyzing the quality of earnings and assets, assessing forecasting processes, advising on sell-side due diligence, as well as purchase and sale agreement provisions.
Her experience spans a number of industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology, life sciences, mining and metals, manufacturing (automotive, industrial and consumer-packaged products), and distribution.
Miriam is a member of the CICA and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV). She joined the firm in 1991.
Miriam is a member of the Board of Directors and is also Treasurer of both the Women’s Y and the Association of Quebec Women in Finance.
