Michel H. Grillot is a partner with the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Calgary office. He specializes in the energy industry, having worked as an executive in the oil and gas industry prior to his consulting career.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Michel brings a wide range of management and technology consulting services to his clients. His areas of expertise include enterprise and business transformation, post-merger integration, program and change management, and information technology solutions. Prior to joining PwC in 2008, he was a managing director with BearingPoint LP (formerly KPMG Consulting), responsible for the Canadian Energy practice, which grew at an average annual rate of 40% under his leadership. Michel believes in exceeding client expectations on any engagement to build long term win-win working relationships with his clients.
