Michael Jordan is a partner in the Consulting and Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in both the private and public sector. He specializes in alternative service delivery; strategic change management; business process outsourcing and policy development; procurement advisory services; IT strategy and effectiveness; large scale systems implementation and program evaluation.

He has worked as assistant deputy minister for the Ontario government with roles in policy, operations, corporate services and IT. He was responsible for many innovative initiatives which introduced large scale change to the Ontario Public Service's operations in the areas of provincial-municipal finance, ministry operations, alternative service delivery and the management of IT assets and resources.

In 1978, Michael earned an MA (Public Administration) degree from Queen's University in Kingston, ON. He also holds an MA and BA (Honours) from the University of Waterloo, ON.

Michael was vice-chair of the Information Technology Association of Canada's Ontario branch from 2004 to 2006. He was also executive vice-president of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada from 1997 to 2001 and volunteered with Community Living Toronto for three years.
