Michael Cinnamond, CA, LLB

Michael Cinnamond is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group practice at the Vancouver office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He specializes in SEC-registered and other listed public company clients in the mining industry.

Michael’s extensive experience also includes assisting clients with significant transactions, complex accounting and regulatory issues, and prospectus and other public filing documents.

From 2001 to 2003, Michael coordinated and presented The Mining Industry in British Columbia survey, a leading PwC publication. He also authored The Wireless Industry in British Columbia in 2002. He is vice-chair of the Canadian Institute of Mining — Vancouver Branch and is actively involved in other local mining community events.

Michael received his LLB Honours (Law) from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom in 1989. He is a CA and a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (1995) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia (2002).
