John DeLucchi, CA, CPA

John DeLucchi is is the Vancouver city leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

John is a member of the BC Region Leadership Team. He was the Canadian Pharma and Life Sciences leader from 2002 to 2007. John assumed the role of Canadian Technology Industry Leader during 2008 and has prior experience working with clients in the Mining, Forestry, Industrial Products and Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment industries.

John has particular experience advising companies regarding complex accounting and financial reporting matters; public company listing requirements in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K.; and corporate governance matters. In addition, John has assisted clients with their raising capital, M&A and due diligence requirements.

John graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BA (Honours) degree in Finance and Accounting. He is director and treasurer of LifeSciences British Columbia (formerly BC Biotech). John was a director and member of the executive committee of the Wireless Innovation Network of British Columbia (WINBC) and Wavefront BC and the Vancouver Enterprize Forum. John was also a founding member and director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in BC.
