Jean McClellan is a partner in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Winnipeg office. Jean leads the Dispute Analysis & Valuations group in Winnipeg.
Jean's practice areas include valuation and fairness opinions, litigation support services, insurance claim services, economic and financial analysis, corporate transaction support and performance improvement. She has been involved with numerous engagements undertaken for the purposes of litigation, arbitration and regulatory purposes in Manitoba.
Jean graduated with honours from the University of Manitoba in 1994, obtaining a Bachelor of commerce (Hons.) and graduated with distinction from the University of Manitoba earning her Masters of Accountancy (M.Acc.) in 1996. She obtained her Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1998. She also received her designation as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) in 2000 and her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2002.
Jean currently serves as Chair of the Member's Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba. She also is a past board member of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, past Chair of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuator's Education and Continuing Education committees. She was the recipient of the Early Achievement Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Manitoba in 2003.
