Jason Boggs is a partner in PwC Canada’s Financial Services Consulting & Deals practice with over 15 years of experience. He has over ten years of international experience having worked with financial institutions in Asia, Europe and North America. This international experience includes working at a European investment bank as a fixed income structurer.
Jason assists clients in the capital markets industry on risk management, responding to regulatory change, governance, transactions and complex accounting.
Jason has several publications and speaking engagements to his credit, including “IFRS: What it Means for Canadian Banks and Investors”, Canadian Bankers Association (CBA) and “IFRS — What Does It Mean for CFAs”, Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Society of Toronto.
Jason holds a MAppFin from Macquarie University (Australia) and a B. Comm from Queen’s University (Canada). His professional designations and certifications include a Securities & Investment Institute Level 3 Certificate in Securities (United Kingdom), a Securities & Investment Institute Level 3 Certificate in Derivatives (United Kingdom) and an ACA — Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
