Geneviève Bonin is a partner with the Consulting practice of PwC working in the Toronto office. She is responsible for the firm’s Technology Consulting and Business Transformation services within the Ontario’s public sector which includes government ministries, crown agencies, health sector organizations and education sector organizations.

In Canada, she is responsible for the creation and rollout of initiatives targeting business transformation as well as underlying approaches, methods and tools. Geneviève is also a member of PwC Global’s Transform Leadership team. In her role, she drives a number of global transform programs including the development and rollout of global training programs on PwC's global consulting methodology (Transform); different global change management programs, the integration of various specialized methods and tools into Transform, and related development and the release of global training programs.

Geneviève has more than 16 years experience advising clients in the fields of business transformation and technology. Her experience spans various sectors with the majority of it spent working with public sector organizations. Her deep knowledge of technology enablers and infrastructure-related implications help create a broad approach to designing business transformation strategies and related change considerations. Geneviève has also managed a number of large multiple phase, multi-million dollar transformational programs. She is an experienced bilingual trainer and facilitator, and is the Canadian leader for Catalyst, a PwC approach to collaboration and innovation.

Geneviève is a Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), a fellowship designation awarded by the association and supported by peers, clients and members of the community. The designation recognizes outstanding contributions made to clients and the community and the profession, and for maintaining the highest levels of standards as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Geneviève also received a nomination for the 2009 Business Woman of the Year award sponsored by the Ottawa Women’s Business Network.

Prior to her career in management consulting, Geneviève served with the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a Commissioned Naval Engineering Officer. During her years of service, Geneviève obtained her PEng designation and served alongside the British Naval Forces during a posting at the Royal Naval Engineering College in Manadon, England.

Geneviève also has a MBA from the University of Ottawa and a BEng degree from the Royal Military College of Canada. Geneviève also completed her MBA electives at the École Supérieure de Commerce in Reims, France.

Geneviève's experience also includes the development and rollout of undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate courses. She currently serves as an executive with the Treble Victor Group and has also served on a number of different boards for CMC-Canada. Currently, she serves as Canadian Trustee to the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes.

Geneviève is perfectly bilingual and has four children. Her hobbies include music and sports.
