Eric Lemay is vice president of PwC Canada’s Corporate Finance practice with the Deals team. He has been involved in several assignments, advising either corporations or government bodies on business strategic issues, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and financing.

Recent transactions

  • Acquisition of the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club, the Bell Centre and Gillett Entertainment Group to a consortium of investors lead by the Molson family
  • Divestiture of Telecon to Desjardins Capital de risqué and CDP Capital
  • Divestiture of Algorithme Pharma to Kilmer Capital Partners

Prior to joining the Corporate Finance group, Eric spent five years in the Valuations, Modelling and Dsiputes group at PwC, where he focused on business valuation for M&A and tax purposes, financial modeling and capital budgeting analysis.

Eric graduated from the Faculty of Sciences (biochemistry) of l’Université du Quebec à Montréal and holds a Master degree in Administration (option finance) from the Université de Sherbrooke.
