Eoin Brady is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He is part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team.

Eoin (pronounced “Owen”) specializes in:
  • Acquisition structuring assignments
  • Tax modelling
  • Tax due diligence
  • Post-acquisition corporate reorganizations

Eoin employs a team approach when advising clients on transactions. “Working together to solve problems and gain efficiencies is challenging and rewarding,” he explains.

After graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1999 with a BMath and Master of Accounting, Eoin joined PwC the same year. After ranking fourth in Ontario and 15th in Canada in the Chartered Accountancy Uniform Final Examination, he received his CA designation in 2001.

Eoin has published in articles in Corporate Structures and Groups and the Canadian Tax Journal. He has also spoken to the Tax Executive Institute and other industry groups. For the last six years, he has been actively involved in teaching Canadian tax as a CICA tutor.
