Domenic Belmonte is a partner in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He is the national leader of the firm’s Education practice.

Having over 20 years of business transformation experience working with several large and medium size organizations, Domenic is an experienced consultant who excels in business transformation, from strategy development to implementation. He has a demonstrated track record in helping organizations successfully manage, design and implement integrated business, technical and organizational change that deliver pragmatic benefits. He specializes in complex, enterprise-wide transformation projects that include the implementation of large scale program and operational change in public sector organizations.

Domenic has led and participated in a number of enterprise-wide business improvement projects which have recommended and implemented new organizational structures, delivery models and program administrative improvements. He has extensive experience in strategy, operations, business process design, service delivery, organizational design, and project management. He also has significant experience in organizational change management associated with major business transformational projects.

Domenic has a Masters of Public Administration from Queen’s University and a MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
