Diane Kazarian is the national leader of Financial Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in our Toronto office. She's also the National Banking and Capital Markets leader and a partner in our Audit and Assurance Group.
With almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Diane specializes in the development and monitoring of legal and reputational risk policies, procedures and processes and credit risk management processes. She has extensive experience of IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC rules and regulations.
In 2013, she was one of the recipients of the Women's Executive Network’s (WXN) Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.
Diane has a BSc (Business Administration) from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island (Summa Cum Laude). She is a CA and CPA, and is fluent in Armenian. She speaks at a variety of IFRS industry and client events, and teaches courses aimed at the directors' community at the Rotman School of Management and frequently interacts with the press on emerging issues in Banking Capital Markets and IFRS. Diane's also on the Board of Kingsway College School and is a leader in the Foundation for SickKids Industry Initiative.
