David Glicksman is a partner in the Tax Services practice at PwC Canada and at PwC Law LLP, a law firm affiliated with PwC. He maintains a general corporate tax practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investment funds, income funds and REITs.

Before joining PwC and PwC Law LLP in March, 2005, David was a partner at a major national law firm. David graduated with a BComm from the University of Toronto in 1977 and an LLB from Queen's University in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.

David has written and spoken on a variety of tax matters and is on the editorial board of the Federated Press publication "Corporate Finance". He is also a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Fiscal Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
