David Craig is a partner in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He focuses on performance improvement within the information communication sector and on building the Consulting’s customer experience management program. David worked on the implementation plan for wireless number portability for the Canadian cellular industry and is now program managing the plan for the carriers. He's also been involved in Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax projects and privacy and security engagements.

Prior to joining PwC in 2004, David worked with a boutique telecom management consultancy. There, he led their global markets group while working and living in London, UK and Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Before consulting he held senior positions in leading Canadian telecom companies. He has been serving the international telecom industry for 23 years.

David earned an Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in 1983 and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business in London (1996). He has been a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1985.
