Mr. Roberts is the Leader for the Alberta Deals Practice which is comprise of Corporate Finance, Corporate Advisory & Restructuring, Valuations, Forensics and Disputes, Inftrastructure and Project Finance and transaction Services.

Also, Clinton is a Senior Vice President In PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. and specializes in both the Transaction Services and Corporate Advisory & Restructuring practises in the Calgary office.

Recent assignments:

  • Financial advisor to secured creditors with underperforming loans in the Energy Sector.
  • Lead transaction services for a foreign state owned entity investing multiple billions in the energy sector in Western Canada
  • Financial advisor to a Canadian private corporation obtaining a listing on the London Stock Exchange
  • PTT Thailand’s $2.4 billion purchase of a partnership interest in an oilsands project.
  • Chinese National Petroleum Corporation’s assessment of a energy company with upstream, midstream and downsteam assets with value in excess of $3 billion.

He is an Honours graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree as well as a Certified General Accountant. In addition, he is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and a Bankruptcy Trustee.

Clinton joined PwC in 1995 in the Winnipeg office and in 1996 he transferred to the Calgary office where he has practiced for the past 17 years. He was admitted to partnership in 2005.
