Christophe Gautier is a partner in the Deals practice at PwC Canada’s Montréal office, where he is in charge of the CMAAS Group and serves as the Quebec contact for PwC’s IPO readiness services. He has over 15 years of corporate auditing and reporting requirements consulting experience in France, Canada and Cameroon. Working in the Capital Markets Group in Paris and Brussels, he has acquired practical experience with GAAP-to-IFRS conversions in France, Belgium and Canada. He has also worked on complex accounting issues relating to business acquisitions and divestments, impairment testing and income taxes.
Christophe’s track record includes numerous standards conversion projects undertaken on behalf of clients. In this regard, he is a member of the firm’s Global Capital Markets Group network and its National IFRS Champions network.
Christophe leads the French Desk initiative aspect of the French Executive network, which aims at assisting French companies and their subsidiaries with their expansion and development projects in Canada.
Christophe holds a master’s degree in finance and management from the School of Business Studies (Nantes) and possesses the Chartered Professional Accountant designation in Canada and the equivalent in France.
