Christine is a partner in the Consulting and Deals practice at PwC Canada’s Montréal office.

She assists entrepreneurs in sales and acquisitions of companies, in raising capital and in leveraged buyouts. She has more than 13 years of experience in corporate finance and specializes in the Technology, Entertainment and Media, and Retail sectors. She has conducted various deal assignments advising national and international companies, especially in Europe and the United States.

Recent transactions:

  • Divesture of Telecon to Desjardins Capital de risque and CDP Capital
  • Divesture of MXI, a division of Memory Experts, to Imation
  • Acquisition of Swiss Photonics, subsidiary of BAE Systems, to Forensic Technology Inc.

Christine received an MBA from Université Laval in 1997 and is a CFA charterholder since 2001. She has lectured extensively outside PwC, notably at École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce and the HEC Montréal at several symposia on company transfers and successions.
