Bruce Harris is a Tax Services partner in the North Toronto office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is a High Net Worth Tax Services partner who specializes in estate planning, corporate reorganizations, offshore trusts and foreign investment entities.
Bruce has also assisted several privately held enterprises (primarily large) with tax planning services across a range of industries.
Bruce articled with the firm while completing his BMath from the University of Waterloo. Upon attaining his CA in 1984, he joined the firm’s tax group.
Bruce is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is a former Co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Taxation of the Canadian Bar Association and the CICA.
In addition, Bruce has written articles for the Canadian Tax Journal and Canadian Tax Highlights. He co-authored “Working with the New Offshore Trust Rules” for the Canadian Tax Journal (2003). Bruce has been a speaker at several conferences including the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Annual Tax Conference.
