Brooke Valentine, CA, CFA

Brooke Valentine is a partner with PwC Corporate Finance Inc. working in the Toronto office. He joined PwCCF in 1997 and specializes in the manufacturing and distribution, energy services and engineering industries.

Brooke has a strong track record of leading complex transactions from idea origination, planning and valuation, marketing, negotiation to final bid and closing documentation. He recently completed the sale of a Canadian specialty manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced pipeline to a US-backed private equity purchaser. He also recently completed the sale of a Canadian subsidiary of a publicly traded UK-based parent to a Canadian public company.

Brooke obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2002, obtained a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2000 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Administration Co-op (with High Distinction) degree from the University of Toronto in 1997. He is also a contributing author of “Energy News – Capital Markets Update”, a quarterly publication focused on oil and gas M&A and industry trends.

Brooke has also participated in a number of United Way fundraising initiatives.
